After Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, God spoke and said,Genesis 3:1-14

“The Seed of the woman will crush the head of the Serpent,Genesis 3:15
and the Serpent will strike the heel of the Seed of the woman.”

This first prophecy was spoken by God Himself,Galatians 4:4, Romans 16:20
and He spoke of the Seed of the woman but NOT of the man.Revelations 12:7-11, 17
~
The Messiah will be born of a virgin who has not yet known a man.Isaiah 7:14
By the Holy Spirit, Mary conceived Jesus while she was still a virgin.Luke 1:30-37
~
The Messiah will come from Judah and will be Heir to the throne of King David.Genesis 49:10, Isaiah 16:5
Mary was of the tribe of Judah and from King David she was descended.Hebrews 7:14, Luke 1:32
~
The Messiah will be born in the town of Bethlehem in the land of Judea-Israel.Micah 5:2
Mary was still a virgin in Bethlehem when Jesus was born inside a stable.Matthew 2:1, Luke 2:4-7
~
According to scripture God said He would call His Son out of Egypt.Hosea 11:1
Joseph and Mary took Jesus to Egypt until the evil King Herod’s death.Matthew 2:13-15
~
The Messiah will teach using parables and will reveal hidden truths from of old.Psalm 78:2
Jesus taught the truths of God using parables and His own death He foretold.Matthew 13:10-14
~
The Messiah will be rejected and despised by His own people and their rulers.Isaiah 53:3
Jesus was rejected and condemned by the chief priests and the church elders.Mark 8:31
~
The Messiah will be betrayed for the trivial sum of 30 pieces of silver.Zachariah 11:12-13
Judas was paid 30 silver coins and to the chief priests Jesus he did deliver.Matthew 27:3-10
~
The Messiah will die a humiliating death along with wicked malefactors.Isaiah 53:9,12
Jesus was nailed to a cross and He was crucified between two robbers.Matt. 27:38, Luke 23:32-43
~
The Messiah’s garments will be divided by the casting of lots.Psalm 22:14-18
At the foot of the cross the soldiers gambled for Jesus’ garments.Mark 15:24, John 19:23-24
~
The Messiah’s bones will not be broken but He will be pierced and despised.Isaiah 53:3-12, Psalm 22:16
None of Jesus’ bones were broken but they pierced his hands, feet, and side.John 19:31-37
~
The Messiah will defeat death and the grave won’t be able to hold the Holy One.Psalm 16:10
Jesus rose from the dead and is the first-born of all who will follow the Son.Matt. 28:5-7, John 20:14-17
~
The Messiah will save us from our sins if we will first become a believer.Isaiah 53:4-6,12
If you believe in Jesus then one day you will be with He who lives forever.Romans 5:8-9
